When You Can Return or Exchange

Defective or damaged products: You can return or exchange them within 30 days of receiving your order.

Changed your mind? No problem! You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To make sure your return goes smoothly, please make sure that:

Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging and condition.

You have the order number or invoice for reference.
We can’t accept products that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Please handle items with care before deciding to return them.

Keep the packaging and labels intact — returns without them can’t be accepted.

We’re not responsible for any damage or loss that happens to the product while it’s with you.

Packages can’t be opened at the door or returned directly to the courier. If you receive the wrong product, don’t worry — we’ll fix it right away according to our return policy.

Avoid trying products while wearing perfume or deodorant, as this may leave marks or scents.
Special Offers & Sets
If you purchased a product as part of a bundle or offer, individual items from that set cannot be returned or exchanged separately — the entire set must be returned together.
Health & Hygiene Items
For health and safety reasons, and in line with Ministry of Health and Population regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Socks and similar items
Shipping Costs

If we sent you the wrong product, we’ll cover the shipping costs.

In all other cases, the customer pays for shipping when returning or exchanging products.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund right away — excluding any delivery fees.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used when placing the order.
